Delivery

We ship across the United Kingdom with Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched the same working day when placed before 2pm, and the next working day otherwise.

Standard delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48 Arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Every parcel is tracked, and we email you the tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Next day delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 24 Order before 2pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Every order containing an Evoband qualifies for free standard delivery, and for next day delivery at £2.99.

Spare straps ordered on their own cost £3.99 to deliver. Three or more straps in one order qualify for free standard delivery.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it with Royal Mail or send a replacement. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
